 Member points accumulation is only valid for consumption with the member’s card in hotel.
This program is available for consumption at rooms (excluding phone, mini-bar, laundry, traffic,
Business Center), F&B (excluding Room Service, Gourmet Shop, Banquet and Outside Catering),
Health Club, Game Room and hotel special promotions.
The program of member benefits and earn points are not available in the period of hotel specific
time(as Mid-Autumn Festival、Valentine’s Day、Christmas Day, etc).
The program is only valid for Club member qualification with presenting Q-Room Club Card upon
consumption.
Member’s incentive could not be used in conjunction with other incentive programs of hotel.
Incentive points are accumulated by actual room revenue and consumption in hotel. Any cancellation,
without check in, early check out is not valid.
Points would be recalculated from zero since 24:00 on June 30 every year.
Our hotel reserves the right of explanation to the program.
